This is an extremely easy and quick cake. Mary Sanderson
Serves: Depends on the portion sizes!
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1.5 cups self-raising flour
3 bananas–ripe and mashed
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180C and prepare a cake-tin lined with baking paper (round or loaf).
Just mix everything together, folding the choc chips in at the end. Pour into prepared tin and bake in oven at 180C for an hour.
